By accessing or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with all these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services We Provide

Deep Blue Villas offers exclusive villa accommodations and personalized services, including concierge assistance and tailored experiences throughout your stay.
While we strive to ensure a flawless visit, we cannot be held responsible for damages or losses caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, local events, or services provided by third parties.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Provide accurate booking information.

  • Comply with villas rules and respect the property.

  • Bear responsibility for additional charges arising from damages, excessive guests, or violation of house rules.

House Rules / Accommodation Guidelines

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following House Rules:

  • Check-in: from 15:00

  • Check-out: by 11:00

  • Check-out Procedures / Key Return: Guests are required to return keys and leave the villa in good condition upon check-out.

  • Child Friendly: The villa is suitable for children.

  • Pets: Pets are allowed at no additional charge, upon request.

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

  • Parties & Events: Allowed only upon request and prior arrangement.

  • Pool / Hot Tub / Equipment Use: Use of the pool, hot tub, and other facilities is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Parking / Property Access: Parking is available on the premises. Unauthorized vehicles are not permitted.

  • Liability / Damages / Insurance: Deep Blue Villas is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring on the property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

  • Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The full payment is generally requested at the time of booking.

  • In certain cases, remaining balances may be arranged to be paid upon arrival, only by prior agreement with Deep Blue Villas.

  • All payments are processed via secure methods.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible Bookings: Full refunds are available if canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival, as specified on your booking confirmation.

  • Partial Refunds: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may result in retention of the deposit, depending on the timing and type of booking.

  • Force Majeure: No refunds are provided if cancellation is due to extraordinary events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions).

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Deep Blue Villas is not responsible for personal belongings, accidents, or injuries during your stay.

  • Third-party services (e.g., excursions, rentals) are used at the guest’s discretion and risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Greece.
